Dead Streets / GLC Artz Studios reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy. Handmade items, one-of-one pieces, or custom orders may not qualify for refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that variations in colour, print, or finish may occur due to the artisan nature of our work.

Refund Policy 

Handmade / One-of-One Items (Dead Streets Originals)

Due to the nature of hand-pressed, one-of-one, artisan products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was received

Each piece is unique, and minor variations in print, tone, or finish are part of the creation process.

Dropship / Essentials Line

For externally manufactured items:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Hats, caps, bucket hats (if worn)

• Underwear/socks (if you ever add them)

• Custom-made items

• Digital products/NFTs

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 working days.
