Dead Streets / GLC Artz Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, international processing, courier strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Any customs fees or import charges are the buyer's responsibility. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Processing Time

In-studio handmade items (Dead Streets Originals) ship within 3–7 working days.

External manufacturing items (Essentials Line/dropship items) ship directly from our partners and may take 7–21 days, depending on location and supplier.

Orders with mixed items may arrive separately.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight/size.

Delivery Times

UK orders: 2–7 working days after dispatch

International: 7–28 days, depending on region and courier

Tracking
Most orders come with tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties that may apply to their region.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist in tracking or replacing it where possible.
