SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • In-studio handmade items (Dead Streets Originals) ship within 3–7 working days.

  • External manufacturing items (Essentials Line / dropship items) ship directly from our partners and may take 7–21 days, depending on location and supplier.

  • Orders with mixed items may arrive separately.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight/size.

Delivery Times

  • UK orders: 2–7 working days after dispatch

  • International: 7–28 days depending on region and courier

Tracking
Most orders come with tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees
